The summary/theme of the surah Al-Qamar

This surah was revealed in Mecca. The opening verses refer to the splitting of the moon.

Lesson learned from surah Al-Qamar

  1. The splitting of the moon in the time of the Prophet ï·º was a sign of Qiyāmah drawing closer.  
  2. The Qur’ān has been made easy to memorise.  
  3. The Qur’ān has been made easy to take lessons from.  
  4. The order of Allāh when He issues it, takes less than a split second to be executed.  
  5. Each and every thing, small or big, is recorded by Allāh.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

 

وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَ ءَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ ٱلنُّذُرُ
 Transliteration:( Wa laqad jaaa'a Aala Fir'awnan nuzur )

41.And certainly the warning messengers came to the people of Pharaoh (55).
