Transliteration:( Fa'asaa Fir'awnur Rasoola fa akhaznaahu akhzanw wabeelaa )
“But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger. So We seized him with a terrible penalty.”
When Pharaoh disobeyed Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him), he was in fact disobeying Allah (اللَّهُ ).
This teaches us that:
Whoever disobeys the Messenger, in reality, has rebelled against Allah (اللَّهُ ) Himself.
Pharaoh was already a disbeliever before Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) came.
But punishment only came after he opposed the Prophet.
Allah (اللَّهُ ) says:
“And We are not to torment until We have sent a Messenger” (Surah 17:15).
This proves that:
Guidance is a result of Divine help, not just intellect.
Example:
Pharaoh remained an infidel despite raising Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him),
While the magicians believed immediately,
And even Bibi Asiya and Mushata accepted faith.
