Transliteration:( Tilka Aayaatul Kitaabil Hakeem )
"These are the verses [2] of the Book of Wisdom." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
The Holy Qur’an is referred to here as both “The Book” and the “Book of Wisdom”, indicating not only its divinely revealed content but also its profound depth and flawless guidance.
From this verse, we understand that attributive names of Allah Almighty can be shared in meaning with others, though not in essence or degree. For instance, "Hakeem" (All-Wise) is a name of Allah, denoting His infinite wisdom, and yet the Qur’an too is described as Hakeem, as it embodies divine wisdom in guidance, laws, and truths.
This illustrates that while names may be shared in language, only Allah possesses the attribute in its absolute, perfect form—whereas created things reflect those attributes in a limited and bestowed capacity.
