    The Radiance of the People of Paradise – Commentary (Tafseer) of the Verse 83:24

    "You will recognize the freshness of delight on their faces."

    The Glow of Divine Bounties

    This verse describes the joy and radiance that will be visible on the faces of the righteous in Paradise.

    • Believers will recognize the freshness and beauty of Divine bounties on the faces of the people of Paradise.
    • This radiance may be seen:
      • At the moment of their death.
      • On the Day of Judgment.
      • When they enter Paradise and experience eternal bliss.
    • The Holy Prophet ﷺ has full knowledge of the beauty and blessings given to the people of Paradise.
    • The Prophet ﷺ has seen Paradise:
      • During Shab-e-Mi'raj (Night of Ascension).
      • In the Solar Eclipse prayer, where he was shown glimpses of the Hereafter.

    This tells us that the inmates of Paradise will have faces glowing with joy and delight, reflecting the infinite blessings of Allah.
