Transliteration:( Wa qul lillazeena laa yu'minoo na'maloo 'alaa makaanatikum innaa 'aamiloon )
"And say to those who do not believe, 'Continue working according to your position [235], and we are working.'"
This command is to express intense wrath.
It shows that sometimes, commands in the Qur'an carry meanings beyond obligation —
in this case, it is a warning, not a permission to commit immoral deeds.
This verse does not permit wrongdoing; rather, it reflects disapproval and a stern tone of warning to the disbelievers.
