Transliteration:( Wa lillaahi ghaibus samaawaati wal ardi wa ilaihi yurja'ul amru kulluhoo fa'bud hu wa tawakkal 'alaih; wa maa Rabbuka bighaafilin 'ammaa ta'maloon )
"And to Allah belongs the unseen [236] of the heavens and the earth, and to Him will return the entire matter. So worship Him and place your trust in Him. And your Lord is not unaware of what you do."
This verse declares that all unseen knowledge of the heavens and the earth belongs solely to Allah Almighty. However, whomsoever He desires, He provides information from the unseen. As Allah says elsewhere: "Everything between the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah Almighty" (Surah 2: Verse 255), and just as He grants kingship and power, He can also grant knowledge of the unseen to whom He wills. Therefore, this verse does not in any way negate the knowledge of any Prophet or saint. In fact, if someone uses this verse to deny that Prophets or pious servants have been granted partial knowledge of the unseen, it would also go against the beliefs of those who make that denial, because they themselves accept that Prophets are given access to some unseen matters. Hence, this verse affirms Allah’s exclusive ownership of the unseen, but also supports the fact that He may reveal part of it to His chosen servants.
123. And to Allah belongs the Ghayb of the heavens and the earth, and to Him return all affairs (for decision). So worship Him and put your trust in Him. And your Lord is not unaware of what you (people) do.
He explains that everyone who does a deed, He will give them their deed (reward for it) on the Day of Reckoning. Unto Him belongs the creation and the command. Then He, the Exalted, commands that He should be worshipped and relied upon, for verily, He is sufficient for whoever trusts and turns to Him. Concerning His statement,
(And your Lord is not unaware of what you do.) This means, `The lies (of the disbelievers) against you O Muhammad are not hidden from Him. He is the All-Knower of the conditions of His creatures and He will give them the perfect recompense for their deeds in this life and the Hereafter. He will aid you (Muhammad) and His party over the disbelievers in this life and in the Hereafter.’ This is the end of the Tafsir of Surah Hud, and all praises and thanks are due to Allah.
(11:123) All that is hidden in the heavens and the earth lies within the power of Allah. To Him are all matters referred for judgement. So do serve Him, and place in Him all your trust. Your Lord is not heedless of what you do.[117]
117. At the end of the discourse, Allah has warned the champions of kufr, and comforted the believers, so as to say: Allah is closely watching the behaviors of both the parties in the conflict between kufr and Islam, and the Sovereign is fully aware of all that is happening in His kingdom. He is watching and controlling everything with perfect wisdom. He will reward richly the champions of the truth and will not let go waste their efforts and exertions. And though He is showing tolerance to the champions of kufr, and giving them respite, He will take them to task because they are unjustly persecuting the standard bearers of the truth and are spreading chaos in the land, and exerting their utmost to put obstacles in the way of the work of reform. All these things are in the knowledge of Allah and the evil doers shall have to bear the consequences of their misdeeds, and the true believers will ultimately come out successful.
