Transliteration:( Wa inna kullal lammaa la yuwaffiyannahum Rabbuka a'maalahum; innahoo bimaa ya'maloona Khabeer )
"And indeed, your Lord will surely repay each of them in full for their deeds [217]. He is All-Aware of what they do."
In this, the Almighty will not decrease the good deeds of the believers, nor will He increase the sins of the infidels.
However, increasing the good deeds of the believers and forgiveness of the sins of the sinful is not contrary to Allah's will.
Hence, no one can use this verse to reject the mercy of Allah Almighty.
