Transliteration:( Ilal laahi marji'ukum wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeer )
"To Allah is your return [9], and He is Powerful over everything [10]."
Everyone has to return to Allah Almighty, but the difference lies in how they return. The believer returns joyously, while the infidel returns out of compulsion. Here, return by force is indicated, and therefore, this is addressed to the infidels, reminding them that despite their denial, they will ultimately return to Allah.
Allah has absolute power to provide sustenance, cause death, and to resurrect. This refers to things that are possible by His will, not to things that are impossible or obligatory for Him. It highlights His supreme authority over all things in existence.
