Transliteration:( Wa yasna'ul fulka wa kullamaa marra 'alaihi mala'um min qawmihee sakhiroo minh; qaala in taskharoo minnaa fa innaa naskharu minkum kamaa taskharoon )
"And Nuh constructed the ship, and whenever a group from his people passed by him, they mocked him [83]. He said, 'If you mock us, then we mock you [84] just as you mock.'"
The people mocked Hazrat Nuh (peace be upon him) for building the Ark on dry land, calling him a foolish carpenter. They ridiculed him for building something unnecessary, not understanding the divine purpose behind it.
Hazrat Nuh (peace be upon him) responded, stating that just as they mocked him, he would mock them in return. This response highlights the justice of Allah, where the infidels’ mocking will eventually lead to their punishment in both this world and the Hereafter.
