Transliteration:( Wa laa yanfa'ukum nusheee in arattu an ansaha lakum in kaanal laahu yureedu ai yughwi yakum; Huwa Rabbukum wa ilaihi turja'oon )
"And my advice will not benefit you if I desire to advise you, while Allah wills to lead you astray [75]. He is your Lord, and to Him you will be returned [76]."
In this verse, Hazrat Nuh (peace be upon him) acknowledges that he cannot oppose Allah's will in matters of faith. While he can convey Allah's message, guidance or misguidance is ultimately determined by Allah's will. If Allah does not wish to guide someone, no matter how much the Prophet advises them, it will not change their fate. This verse reinforces the idea that only Allah Almighty has absolute control over guidance, as highlighted in S7:V188, where mastership and ownership are negated for anyone other than Allah. Prophets have no inherent power to benefit or harm themselves or others beyond what Allah decrees.
This verse further emphasizes that the teachings of a Prophet are like a seed planted in the hearts of people, but it is only through Allah’s will and mercy that the seed takes root and grows. The Prophet's message is crucial, but without Allah’s blessings, it has no effect. Allah’s guidance is the rain that nourishes the seed, allowing it to flourish in the hearts of those He wills.

Please refer to Surah Hud ayat 32 which provides the complete commentary from verse 32 through 34.
(11:34) If I want to give you good advice that will not profit you if Allah Himself has decided to let you go astray.[38] He is your Lord, and to Him will you be returned.’
38. That is, all my efforts to do good to you cannot prove effective, if Allah has decided to withhold the right way from you because of your obduracy in evil and the lack of interest in good ways. For Allah lets people go astray on the way they choose for themselves.
