Transliteration:( Alaaa inna lillaahi man fis samaawaati wa man fil ard; wa maa yattabi'ul lazeena yad'oona min doonil laahi shurakaaa'; iny yattabi'oona illaz zanna wa in hum illaa yakhrusoon )
"Listen, indeed, to Allah belongs whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth [181]. And those who invoke others as partners with Allah follow only conjecture [182] and do nothing but guess [183]." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
This verse highlights that the kingdom of Allah is vast and unrestricted, covering everything in the heavens and the earth. The comparison to a Prime Minister's rule is made, but Allah's domain is beyond any physical boundaries or restrictions. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) is akin to the Prime Minister in Allah's kingdom, but Allah's rule is not physical.
The verse emphasizes that polytheists have no valid proof for their beliefs. Their worship of partners with Allah is baseless, driven only by conjecture.
Their priests and followers rely on assumptions and guesses, rather than sound proof. In matters of faith, assumption is not enough; the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) are essential. To go against revelation through mere speculation is the path of the disbelievers, as seen with Iblis (Satan), who used assumption in defiance of Allah’s command.

(10:66) Verily whoever dwells in the heavens or the earth belongs to Allah. Those who invoke others beside Allah, associating them with Him in His divinity, only follow conjectures and are merely guessing.
