    "And deliver [228] us by Your Mercy from the disbelieving people."

    ✅ [228] A Plea for Protection from Oppression

    The plea to "deliver us" refers to a request for salvation from the cruelty and injustice of the disbelieving people. It is a call for Allah’s mercy to protect them from the oppression and deceit of their enemies, asking Allah to destroy the tyrants and shield the believers from their harm.
