Transliteration:( Mataa'un fiddunyaa thumma ilainaa marji'uhum thumma nuzeequhumul 'azaabash shadeeda bimaa kaanoo yakfuroon )
"They have achieved little credit [193] only in this world. They are to return to Us. Then We shall make them taste a severe punishment [194] as the retribution of their infidelity [195]." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
This verse addresses the apparent comfort and success of falsehood in the world. While the disbelievers may seem well-off, their success is temporary and has no lasting value. Their worldly comfort is fleeting, and they will ultimately face consequences for their falsehood and disbelief.
The verse assures that the disbelievers' worldly comfort will be followed by a severe punishment in the Hereafter as a result of their infidelity. This is the ultimate retribution they will face, and it will far outweigh any temporary success they enjoyed in the worldly life.
