Transliteration:( Wa law jaaa'at hum kullu Aayatin hattaa yarawul 'azaabal aleem )
"Although every sign should come to them until they see the painful punishment [257]."
This verse refers to the individuals who will only believe when they are confronted with the punishment—whether at the time of their death, the punishment of the grave, or the punishment of the Day of Reckoning. At that point, even if they declare faith, it will not be accepted because their belief comes too late—after the opportunity for repentance and genuine faith has passed. This highlights the importance of accepting the truth and embracing faith in this life, before facing the inevitable consequences of the Hereafter.
