Transliteration:( Wa kitaabim mastoor )
2. And by the written book [2]
Allah swears by the written book, signifying the importance of certain writings that are beloved to Allah Almighty.
This could refer to various forms of sacred writings, such as:
The verdicts (Fataawa) of Islamic scholars.
The Na'atiyah poems and compositions of poets praising the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
The texts of the Holy Qur'an and Ahadith, along with their commentaries.
The records kept by angels, including the books of deeds of individuals and the writing of divine fate.
The earlier scriptures like the Tauraat (Torah), Injeel (Gospel), or even the Divine Tablet.
This verse highlights the significance of writing, especially when it carries divine or prophetic authority, and the high value Allah places on these records.
