Transliteration:( Wa umlee lahum; inna kaidee mateen )

183.And I will let them have respite. Certainly, My Secret Plan is the firmest (417).

417. This tells us that receiving of worldly Bounties by an evil doer is indeed Allah Almighty delaying in His retribution towards him which makes him more bold and rebellious in his action..
