Transliteration:( Wallazeena tad'oona min doonihee laa yastatee'oona nasrakum wa laaa anfusahum yansuroon )
And those whom you invoke besides Him cannot help you, nor can they help themselves [452].
By this is meant that if a dog tries to take away their sacrificed items, they are unable to snatch it back, and if flies hum around them, they are unable to chase them away. This demonstrates their complete helplessness, proving that they are unfit for worship and incapable of providing aid, even to themselves.
