The Summary/theme of the Surah Maryam:

There is a lot of emphasis in Surah 19 on Islamic Prophets, individuals who are chosen by God to spread an important message but are not themselves gods. A significant part of this surah emphasizes that while Jesus is a Prophet, he is not God's son and shouldn't be viewed that way

Lesson learned from Surah Maryam:

  1. No matter how audacious something may seem, never let that stop you from making du‘ā for it.  
  2. Dates are healthy for pregnant women.  
  3. Nothing is beyond the Power of Allāh.  
  4. Ibrāhīm عليه السلام strove for Allāh, and Allāh helped him due to it.  
  5. Everyone will have to cross Jahannam.  
  6. Each person will have to stand alone before Allāh on the Day of Judgement.  
  7. Allāh places love for the pious in the hearts of His creation.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

 

وَإِن مِّنكُمۡ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَاۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتۡمٗا مَّقۡضِيّٗا
 Transliteration:( Wa in minkum illaa waariduhaa; kaana 'alaa Rabbika hatmam maqdiyyaa )

71. There is not one of you who may not pass over the Hell (126) this is necessarily a decided thing for your Lord.

ثُمَّ نُنَجِّي ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّنَذَرُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ فِيهَا جِثِيّٗا
 Transliteration:( Summa nunajjil lazeenat taqaw wa nazaruz zaalimeena feehaa jisiyyaa )

72. Then We shall save (127) the God-fearing; and will leave the unjust in it falling on their knees (128).

73. And when our bright verses are recited to them the infidels (129) say to Muslims, which of the groups is good and better in assembly (130).

74. And how many generations We have destroyed before them, that they were better in goods and outward show than them (131).

قُلۡ مَن كَانَ فِي ٱلضَّلَٰلَةِ فَلۡيَمۡدُدۡ لَهُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ مَدًّاۚ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا رَأَوۡاْ مَا يُوعَدُونَ إِمَّا ٱلۡعَذَابَ وَإِمَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ فَسَيَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ هُوَ شَرّٞ مَّكَانٗا وَأَضۡعَفُ جُندٗا
 Transliteration:( Qul man kaana fidda laalati falyamdud lahur Rahmaanu maddaa; hattaaa izaa ra aw maa yoo'adoona immal 'azaaba wa immas Saa'ata fasa ya'lamoona man huwa sharrum makaananw wa ad'afu jundaa )

75. Say you, 'one who is in error, then the Most Affectionate let loose him (132) well until when they see that they are promised (133) with, either the torment of the Hour. Now then they will know (134) whose position is worse and whose force is weak.

 Transliteration:( Wa yazeedul laahul lazeenah tadaw hudaa; wal baaqiyaatus saalihaatu khairun 'inda Rabbika sawaabanw wa khairum maraddaa )

76. And those who got guidance, Allah will increase them in guidance (135). And the abiding good things are excellent with your Lord in respect of reward (136) and in respect of return (137).

77. Have you seen him who has disbelieved in Our Signs and says, 'I shall surely be given wealth and children? (138).

79. Never (139) now We shall put in writing (140) what he will prolong and for him the torment (141).
