Transliteration:( Feehimaa faakihatunw wa nakhlunw wa rummaan )
"In both of them there will be fruits and dates and pomegranates [58]."
✅ [58] Although dates and pomegranates are fruits, they are mentioned separately here because of their superior status.
According to Imam Abu Hanifa (may Allah be pleased with him), they are not classified under general fruit. He bases this opinion on this verse.
So, if someone takes an oath not to eat fruit, and then eats dates or pomegranates, they would not be considered to have broken the oath, as per his view.
