Transliteration:( Tahiyyatuhum Yawma yalqawnahoo salaamunw wa a'adda lahum ajran kareemaa )
"Their salutation on the day they meet Him is 'Peace' [117], and He has kept prepared for them an honourable reward."
This means that the righteous believers will be greeted with "Peace" (Salaam) in one or more of the following ways:
At the time of death, by the Angel of Death, as a sign of honour and ease in departing the world.
At the time of resurrection, when they are raised from their graves and greeted by the angels, assuring them of peace and safety.
At the entrance of Paradise, when Ridwaan, the gatekeeper of Paradise, welcomes them with peace.
Or most gloriously, they will be greeted by Allah Almighty Himself on the Day of Meeting, with the salutation of Salaam, signifying eternal peace, pleasure, and honour.
These blessed individuals will live in eternal peace, free from fear, grief, or harm, and Allah has prepared for them a most honourable reward in the Hereafter.

Please refer to Surah Ahzab ayat 41 which provides the complete commentary from verse 41 through 44.
(33:44) On the Day they meet Him they will be greeted with: “Peace.”[80] He has prepared for them a generous reward.
80. This can have three meanings:
(1) That Allah will Himself receive them with: Peace be upon you, as has been stated in (Surah Ya Sin, Ayat 58): “they have been greeted with “peace” from the Merciful Lord.”
(2) That the angels will greet them, as stated in (Surah An-Nahl, Ayat 32): “This is the reward for those pious people whose souls are received in a pure state by the angels, who welcome them, saying: ‘Peace be upon you, enter into Paradise as the reward of your good deeds.”
(3) That they will greet one another among themselves, as stated in (Surah Yunus, Ayat 10), thus: “Therein their prayer will be Glory to Thee, O Lord, and their greeting: Peace be to you, and the burden of their hymn: Praise is for Allah alone, Lord of the universe.”
