Transliteration:( Wa kullu shai'in fa'aloohu fiz Zubur )
"And whatever they have done is in the records [69]."
This verse refers to the books of deeds where every action of the disbelievers is recorded by the angels. It highlights that both good and evil deeds are documented, but the disbelievers will not be rewarded for their good actions in the Hereafter, as they are devoid of faith.
