Transliteration:( Wa lillaahii mulkus samaawaati wal ard; yaghfiru limany yashaaa'u wa yu'azzibu many yashaaa'; wa kaanal laahu Ghafoorar Raheemaa )
35. He who is under the protection of Allah Almighty cannot be harmed by anyone Then how did you come to understand that the infidels would overpower the believers when We are their Protector and Helper.
36. This means Allah Almighty will forgive any sinner whomsoever He desires, and punish him whom He wishes. This does not mean that He will punish any pious believer whom he wishes as is claimed by Dayanand Saraswati to accuse Allah Almighty of injustice. Also, this does neither help to prove the possibility of a lie of Allah Almighty, as is the belief of the Wahabis.

26. The mention of Allah’s being All-Forgiving and All- Merciful, after the foregoing warning, contains in it a subtle aspect of admonition. It means this: Even now if you give up your insincere attitude and way of life and adopt sincerity, you will find Allah All-Forgiving and All- Merciful. He will forgive you your previous shortcomings and will treat you according to the quality of your sincerity in the future.
