Transliteration:( Faman khaafa mim moosin janafan aw isman fa aslaha bainahum falaaa ismaa 'alayh; innal laaha Ghafoorur Raheem )
"Then if one fears that a testator has committed certain injustice or sin and then makes reconciliation [397] between them, the concerned parties, there is no sin [397] upon him. Verily, Allah is Most Forgiving, Ever Merciful." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)
Intervening for Justice: If someone is concerned that the testator (the person who made the will) has committed an injustice or sin in their bequest, it is permissible to intervene and help reconcile between the parties involved. This reconciliation ensures that any unfairness in the will is addressed, and all parties are treated justly.
No Sin for Reconciliation: There is no sin for the person who steps in to mediate and resolve any conflict. Their actions are in line with promoting justice and equity in the process of distributing the inheritance. The intention here is to right the wrongs and uphold fairness.
Allah’s Mercy: Allah is described as Most Forgiving and Ever Merciful, which assures that those who attempt to resolve conflicts and correct injustices will receive His mercy and forgiveness, even if their actions may involve mistakes. Allah values the effort to maintain fairness and justice.
