Transliteration:( Wa izaa qeela lahuttaqil laaha akhazathul izzatu bil-ism; fahasbuhoo jahannam; wa labi'sal mihaad )
206. And when it is said to him: "Fear Allah," arrogance leads him to commit more sins [480]. For such people, Hell is sufficient. It is indeed a wretched resting place.
A hypocrite, when advised to fear Allah, responds not with humility but with greater arrogance and sin.
Such a person considers it beneath his status to accept correction or guidance from the knowledgeable.
🔹 The lesson: Repeatedly committing minor sins due to arrogance transforms them into major sins.
🔹 This stubborn behavior leads such individuals straight towards Hell, which is declared here as their fitting and terrible destination.
