Transliteration:( Ulaaa'ika ma'waahum Jahannamu wa laa yajidoona 'anhaa maheesaa )
“Hell shall be their destination, and they will not escape there from [366].”
By the word “escape”, it is meant that once the disbelievers are thrown into Hell, they will not be able to escape from it—neither physically nor through forgiveness.
However, this does not apply to believers. After serving their due punishment for their sins, believers may be forgiven by the mercy of Allah and eventually removed from Hell.
Eternal punishment, therefore, is specifically reserved for those who die in a state of infidelity (kufr), with no repentance or faith.
