Transliteration:( Wa mai ya'sil laaha wa Rasoolahoo wa yata'adda hudoodahoo yudkhilhu Naaran khaalidan feehaa wa lahoo 'azaabum muheen )
"And whosoever disobeys [57] Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits, He will put him into the Fire [58], in which he will abide eternally, and he will have a disgraceful punishment."
This warning may refer specifically to the laws of inheritance or generally to all divine laws.
From this we learn:
Anyone who accepts a grandson as an heir in place of the son is directly violating the law of Allah and His Beloved Prophet ﷺ.
Such an act is not just an error in judgment but a deliberate breach of divine limits.
There are two possible categories of such individuals:
If someone believes the laws of Allah and His Prophet ﷺ are wrong, then:
He is deemed a disbeliever (kafir),
And will remain in Hell forever.
But if someone believes the laws to be correct yet fails to follow them, then:
He is not a disbeliever but a major sinner (fasiq),
He will remain in Hell for a long time,
And will face disgraceful punishment for disobeying clear commands.
