Transliteration:( Wa mai yaf'al zaalika 'udwaananw wa zulman fasawfa nusleehi Naaraa; wa kaana zaalika 'alal laahi yaseeraa )
"And whoever does that with aggression and injustice, We will certainly cause him to enter the Fire [120], and that is easy for Allah."
This verse is a warning for those who:
Unjustly kill someone, or
Wrongfully consume wealth, or
Commit either of these acts intentionally and without right.
Allah makes it clear: those who transgress with oppression will be thrown into Hell, and it is easy for Allah to enforce such justice.
However, the restriction of injustice in this verse shows:
If a life is taken rightfully under Islamic law, such as:
Death penalty issued by a Shariah court,
Execution of a murderer or rapist,
Killing of a violent armed robber,
Then such an act is not criminal, and not punishable,
as it is sanctioned by divine and legal authority.
This distinction upholds justice while preventing vigilantism and unlawful killings.
