Transliteration:( Li yajziyal lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati min fadlih; innahoo laa yuhibbul kaafireen )
"In order that He may reward those who have believed, out of His grace [100], Indeed He does not love [101] the infidels."
This explains that the reward for a pious deed depends entirely on the grace and mercy of Allah Almighty. Good deeds are merely the cause for the reward, but the actual reward is by Allah’s bounty.
Hence, no one should take pride in their deeds. Also, faith comes before deeds, as faith was mentioned prior to good deeds in the verse.
Allah is displeased with the infidels, and because of this displeasure, He will punish them severely.
The absence of Allah’s love implies His hatred towards them, which is necessary due to their rejection and disbelief.
