Transliteration:( Inneee izal-lafee dalaa-lim-mubeen )
"Indeed, then I am in clear error [36]."
Habeeb ibn Najjaar continues his reasoning by stating that if he were to worship anything besides Allah, he would be in open and undeniable misguidance. This reinforces his earlier argument that turning away from the Creator to rely on powerless idols is a clear deviation from truth.
Upon hearing this bold declaration, the rebellious crowd became enraged. They surrounded Habeeb, striking him with stones, kicks, and punches. As his martyrdom became inevitable, he turned to the disciples of Prophet Isa (peace be upon him) to offer them his final words of conviction and encouragement.
This verse highlights the bravery of true believers, who are willing to stand firm in truth, even in the face of death and oppression.
