📖 Commentary of Surah Ya-Sin – Verse 58

"Peace be on you" will be a word of greeting from the Merciful Lord [89]."

✅ [89] Divine Greeting – An Honour Beyond Compare

Allah Almighty Himself will greet the dwellers of Paradise with the words "Peace be on you"—either directly or through the angels.

This greeting will not be in the form of du‘ā (supplication), as Allah is pure from making prayers. Rather, it will be an expression of Divine pleasure and a mark of the high status of the people of Paradise.

Through this sacred greeting, the deep desire for Divine vision in the hearts of the believers will also be fulfilled—making it one of the greatest joys of the Hereafter.
