Quran-36:42 Surah Ya-sin English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَخَلَقۡنَا لَهُم مِّن مِّثۡلِهِۦ مَا يَرۡكَبُونَ

Transliteration:( Wa khalaqnaa lahum mim-mislihee maa yarkaboon )

42. And We have created for them similar (vessels) on which they ride.(64).

64.  This means after Hazrat Nuh (On whom he peace until the Day of Judgement, boats and ships would continue to be made. The origin of all these is the ARK of Hazrat Nuh (On whom he peace!) (36:42) and then created for them other vessels like those on which they ride.[39]

39. This indicates that the first vessel ever to be made in the world was the one made by the Prophet Noah (peace be upon him). Before that time man did not know any method of crossing the rivers and the seas. This method was first of all taught by Allah to the Prophet Noah (peace be upon him), and when some servants, of Allah were rescued in it from the flood, their future generations started making boats and ships for their sea journeys.
