Transliteration:( Laa tudrikuhul absaaru wa Huwa yudrikul absaara wa huwal Lateeful Khabeer )
"Eyes cannot comprehend Him [226], but He comprehends all the eyes. And He is the Most Subtle, the All-Aware."
This refers to the intellectual and physical limitations of human perception. Allah cannot be surrounded or fully grasped by any sense, including sight, as He is beyond physical form. Just as a container or wall encloses physical objects, such boundaries do not apply to the Divine Essence. Allah is free from bodily form and spatial confinement, making any such comprehension impossible.
