Transliteration:( Wa Ismaa'eela wal Yasa'a wa Yoonusa wa Lootaa; wa kullan faddalnaa 'alal 'aalameen )
"And (We guided) Ismail, Al-Yasa, Yunus, and Lut. And each one We excelled above the whole universe in their time [172]."
This verse confirms that each Prophet mentioned—Ismail, Al-Yasa, Yunus, and Lut—was made superior to all creation during their respective times. From this, two key points arise:
No one can equal a Prophet in rank or status, as their divine selection places them above all other beings.
Prophets are even superior to angels. The phrase “in their time” applies to all non-Prophets and does not suggest comparison among Prophets themselves or with the Holy Prophet ﷺ. Any claim that equates a non-Prophet to a Prophet is deviation from truth.
