Transliteration:( Wa Huwal qaahiru fawqa 'ibaadih; wa Huwal Hakeemul Khabeer )
"And He is Supreme over His bondsmen [35] And He is the very Wise, the All-Aware."
This verse highlights that every servant—whether earthly or celestial—is under the absolute authority of Allah. None is beyond His control, and none can influence His will. Even when blessings are granted through the supplications of the pious, they occur only through Allah’s Bounty and Mercy, not by the saints’ own mastery. Those beloved servants are honored by Divine Grace, not power. This verse reaffirms Allah’s complete dominion, and that all status is by His decree.
