Transliteration:( Wa lahoo maa sakana fillaili wannahaar; wa Huwas Samee'ul Aleem )
"And to Him belongs whatever dwells in the night and the day [26]. And He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing."
The word “whatever” encompasses everything in the universe—whether animate or inanimate, visible or hidden—that exists, moves, or rests during the night and day. Since every being experiences the cycle of day and night, this phrase affirms that all of creation is within Allah’s dominion. Moreover, nothing escapes His hearing or knowledge, whether it is spoken openly or kept in secrecy.
