Transliteration:( Iny-yansurkumul laahu falaa ghaaliba lakum wa iny-yakhzulkum faman zal lazee yansurukum min ba'dih; wa 'alal laahi falyatawakkalil mu'minoon )
“If Allah helps you, then no one can overpower you [360]. But if He should forsake you, then who is there to help you after that [361]? And the believers should put their trust in Allah [362].”
If you desire Allah Almighty's help, then place your trust in Him. When He sends His help, even if the entire world stands against you, His assistance will overpower all opposition. No force can prevail against a believer who is supported by divine aid.
By this is meant: after Allah Almighty has disgraced and forsaken you, then there is no one left to help you. This forsaking is not by Allah’s nature but a response to one’s own disobedience and distancing from Him. Without His support, no one can come to your aid, no matter how strong or resourceful.
The pious sages of Islam have described three signs of genuine Trust in Allah:
One should not consider anyone besides Allah as his true helper.
One should not believe anyone else to be the provider of sustenance, except Allah Almighty.
One should not make anyone the source of knowledge or ultimate guidance except Allah.
This type of deep trust becomes the means to attain limitless rank in Paradise.
