    📖 Commentary / Tafsir of Surah Aal-e-Imran – Verse 53

    "O our Lord, we believe in what You have revealed and we follow the Messenger, so write us down with those who bear witness [116] to the truth."

    ✅ [116] Meaning of “Those Who Bear Witness”

    The phrase "those who bear witness" can refer to:

    • The Ummah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, who will bear witness on the Day of Judgement about the delivery of the message by previous Prophets.

    • Or the Prophets themselves, who were the first witnesses to the Oneness of Allah and carried His message to the people.

    This supplication reflects faith, obedience, and a desire to be counted among the righteous testifiers of truth.
