📖 Commentary / Tafsir of Surah Aal-e-Imran – Verse 57

"But as for those who believe and do righteous deeds [125], He (Allah) will give them in full their rewards [126]. And Allah does not like the unjust."

✅ [125] Belief Must Be Accompanied by Action

This verse affirms that faith alone is not enoughrighteous deeds are essential.
Regardless of one's spiritual status, no believer is exempt from performing good deeds.
Also, deeds should be carried out according to one’s physical and personal capacity.

✅ [126] Full and Varied Rewards

Allah will grant:

  • Full reward for each good deed,

  • For some, double reward, and

  • For others, limitless bounties beyond measure.

Thus, this verse allows for different degrees of reward without any contradiction—full reward for deeds and extra blessings out of grace.
